Lunarcarts are top notch carts all by themselves, but for more serious minded store owners, our upgrades are just what you're looking for. And, of course, we like it when you purchase the cart upgrade.
So before you get going through the checkout for your free store, here are just a few terms of service that we want you to agree to. It's just for the greater good of all and to ease our conscience of any misunderstandings or unimplied consent.
When you download your Lunarcart or Lunarscripts software, you agree:
- to use this software on only one site per purchase.
- to not distribute or redistribute the software in its present form or any other form derived from the software as you received it from Lunarscripts.
- that you will try before you buy in order to determine if Lunarcarts are right for you. Upgrades will only work in conjunction with the standard store in order to enforce a try before you buy. Because of this, no refunds can be issued for upgrade purchases. Even if you beg us, we cannot issue a refund because you will have the working product in your possession and it is not returnable... as it is software. Get it? It makes sense.
- that if you purchase installation and we cannot install the software on your server for you, that we will refund half the cost of installation back to you. Due to the large amount of installations that we do and the great installation rates that we offer, we believe this to be a fair pratice.
- that you will not use any Lunarscripts software to lie, cheat, deceive or steals another man's woman.
- that in the event your server should crash or some unforeseen event or act of God should render your software useless, unobtainable or nonexistent, that you do not hold Lunarscripts responsible or liable in any way, shape or form to remedy or replace anything lost, be it real or intangible.
- that Lunarscripts offers their software and scripts virus free and in the best belief to be dependably working software.
- that you will remember to tell all of your friends about our great software and services and even link to us, if you would like.
And we're pretty sure we should add a little something like this, so we're putting it in at the bottom. Basically, we just want to hook you up with great working software at great prices but you can't hold us liable for anything for any reason at any time. We're the good guys here, so it just wouldn't be right:
